What is the difference between the imperial gray one and the shippest model that you offer ?
This one does not have a swivel head but rather the head raises up and down on a track and is a much taller and heavier unit than the standard series.

How is the bluetooth, does it have decent range, any problems?
Great range on the Bluetooth. Can get up to 30 feet and will go between the first and second floors of our house.
