Wireless printer with some issues setting up

I am a tech consultant and as such, I install a lot of wireless printers for my customers. This Printer gives me hassles more often than not. One set up it seems to function fine but it is not as easy as other printers.

my hard drive is half used up. how much time and effort required to watch movies from external drive on macbook pro?
Will work perfectly with no real effort. Transfer the movie(s) to the drive and when you're ready, just use the finder to open the drive and folders if necessary, double tap on the movie and enjoy the popcorn.

Is this compatible with Time Machine (on Mac)?
Seagate has another 1TB hard drive that says specifically "for Mac" and "Compatible with Time Machine." This product does not say that though it will, of course, work with Mac.
Yes it works perfectly as a Time Machine drive.

Is the double sided printing feature compatible with Mac?
Yes this can print two sided on a Mac. In the standard printer dialog box there is a check box marked two – sided. Check for duplex printing or leave unchecked for single side only.
