I had the original Surface Pro (1) and loved it, despite the weight, heat, and so-so battery life. The improvements made in the last 3 years have been worth the wait! There was a lot of hype around this device and it has delivered on every front! Extremely fast, good battery life, lighter even with the larger screen, this one does not disappoint! Great option for charging multiple items! You can charge 3 items simultaneously and even Charge the REV at the same time. I have a 5.5" smartphone with a 3000mah battery and can get 3 full charges out of the REV. Love the digital readout of remaining charge too - remains on whenever charging, flashes when recharging the REV. Also Automatically turns off once you are done charging your device. I've had many portable batteries, but none with the intelligence built into this one!

Decent bag, ok storage, laptop compartment advertised to hold up to 17" laptop. My 17" laptop didn't fit. Couldn't come close to zipping it shut. Returned. I would recommend this bag only if you have a very thin, 17" laptop with small bezels, or anything 15" or less.

It's pretty easy to use if you're technically inclined, and if you're not, you can get someone who is to help you set it up and teach you how to use it. As a frequent traveler I have found it very easy to connect to this drive (which is at my house) via the web interface and download the files I need while traveling.
