As soon as we got it and fired it up, noticed that the cross over tubes do not function properly, by that I mean excessive flame comes out of them before being transferred to the tubes. I called the manufacture tech support and they said that was normal? I strongly disagree and told them so. Don't put you food to close to the front where the cross over tubes are, as flames comes out too strong and will over cook / burn your food. other than that - its a good grill

Normal protection, but would much rather have a filter that removes the Fluoride. Manufactures...hope you are listening. Other than that, product performs as designed
