Horrible watch band

Bought the stainless steel watch band for 42mm iWatch and really liked in the box. It was easy to attach to watch. But, when I tried to take a link out to re-size watch band, it was impossible!! Worked on it for over 2 hours and really buggered it up. It's now all bent and useless. Directions make it sound so easy. Nothing could be more wrong. Worse product I've bought in years. Looks good but very cheap and can't adjust. Couldn't take back because I ruined it trying to re-size the band.

I thought I would try the highly touted passport for a change and because I could buy it locally and didn't have to order it. Now I'm missing some of the valentine features; multiple alerts, direction of alert. Would prefer the valentine over the passport.
