this extender has great hardware, the software is a little too simple if you happen to have some technical expertise, and they act up if you put more than one on the network with matching SSIDs (this creates a "loop" in the network...), I would prefer if it had more advanced settings and didn't make you put in an email address and make a password just to configure it (what happened to admin-password?!?)

The Samsung EVO's read/write speeds are right up there with the max read/write bandwidth on SATA3, so it's the fastest drive option for upgrading a laptop or desktop with SATA only and no M.2 support.
