Ensure your Apple iPhone SE, 5s or 5 is charged on the go with this mophie juice pack air 39362BBR charging case that features an 1700 mAh battery that recharges your phone in approximately 1.5 hours. The thin, durable case offers protection from damage.

Remove phone from case

I just bought the mop hie juice pack air. Plugged in everything ok - no problem.
But I can't take the bottom off to remove phone? It won't budge. What am I doing wrong and how do I remove without prying it out?
Tx
We have a couple of these in our household and they can be really sung once they are on. What I find is you have to grab the top and bottom parts from the sides and pull them apart while rocking them back and forward. Sometimes it feels like you are going to break it but I've found it to be ok so long as you don't put to much pressure on it.
