This purchase was my first SMART TV. It's basically plug and play. When I took it out of the box it seemed much larger than 43". It easily connected to my WIFI router, and the picture is excellent for the price. I was up and watching ROKU, Netflix, Sling TV, HBO Now, DirecTV Now, etc. Note: you have to have accounts with ROKU. Netflix, etc... But I've completely cut the cord with this TV. I use the built in speakers with this TV, I didn't need a sound bar because I have it installed in my bedroom. EXCELLENT TV IN THIS PRICE POINT.

I bought this because I wanted a second television for another room. The price was right. It was simple to install, I used an Optimum cable box with HDMI cable which came with the box. The television basically sets itself up.
Good picture for 720p, sound is very good as well. No frills with this, not SMART or otherwise, but great for small room, kitchen, or second TV.
