Does it come with recovery discs?
For drivers or windows if I ever need to restore it to factory settings. If I have a problem or want to wipe it. Is it an option in one of the drives on the laptop?
My friend has an HP laptop but she got a virus and it told her to use disc to restore it but she doesn't have driver discs and unsure if HP has driver downloads on their site so we don't know what to do next with her laptop. I don't want the same to happen.

Like all the hp laptops, there is a separate partition with the software to create your recovery discs. Search for creating recovery software from the hp help or hp assistant.

low microphone volume
when i try to skype, the microphone volume is too low for the receiving party to hear me. I tried changing settings (audio settings/skype settings), but it does not work. I guess there's something wrong with the hardware. Do I need to change the device?
I feel all these things work best with a Bluetooth speaker. I have a Bem (from China) inexpensive speaker and use it with movies and things and have great luck.

Logitech M325 Wireless Mouse: This mouse's scroll wheel is ribbed, and the round, contoured body comes with rubber grips, so it's comfortable to use with your left or right hand.
Is the indicator light supposed to be on or off?
Just purchased this mouse and took it out of the mouse. The indicator light comes on when the mouse is first switched on and then it goes off. What does that mean?
Its a battery check. When it comes on and is green, the battery is good. When it comes on and is red, The battery is getting weak.

only works on the ATT tracfone network

I have a HP 5650 and it works fine on all my computers running windows 7 and windows 8.1 and also on my network using the cisco print app. I love this printer.
