Coming up on edges of phone

The day I bought the phone the BB tech put the shield on and there were air bubbles and when I got home the edges were coming up. The next day I returned it and another BB tech replaced it and no air bubbles but the edges don't want to stay down. Next I will have to take it to the geek squad and that makes me unhappy.
