Missing piece!! Can't build tv,

I bought this hd tv during the holiday season and I opened it up for the first time on January 20th, and it was missing a 2 pieces of the neck piece, and I can't stand my tv! I called toshiba manufacturer and they didn't do anything, they said they don't have the parts! So now I need to buy a wall mount after I save up... I'm disappointed how they can't ship me the missing neck piece, and I even offered them to buy that missing piece but they said we don't have the parts
