We have been through a couple of these. The first one ate our CD, we haven't tried using the CD part in the second one. We had to box it up ourselves and return it to the factory for the warranty. And wait weeks for them to fix or replace it. The one on display in the store had the same issues ours did. We're treating the replacement with kid gloves. But we've had to reset it a couple of times to get it working after it froze up.
