Performance is not what I expected.

Disappointment. Our net gear router died, so we bought the Belkin from Best Buy this time on the recommendation of the floor associate. I'm not blaming him at all. We'll have to do our research next time. The performance is slow and most notable when I'm working in the basement. The customer service with Belkin is nonexistent.

What's great about it: I like the design.
What's not so great: Poor performance and slow network speed especially when I switch floors in our house.
