The Bissell Symphony magically doubles as a vacuum and a steam mop. We have three dogs so it is a little much for the vac alone. But, when doubled with a shop vac for the mig dust bunnies this is a superb hard floor cleaner. Our house is entirely tile and concrete. The steam mop function is really great at keeping the hard floors clean. I would recommend this vacuum/steam mop combo to anyone with a majority of hard floors.
