Fantastic Earbuds, excellent sound.

Just to preface, I've never been a fan of earbuds. Primarily because they get uncomfortable for me pretty quickly.
With that said, these are awesome. The remind me a lot of an older pair of Sennheiser PX-100 over the ear's I had. Those headphones were well known for their bass response. I do quite enjoy a strong bass delivery for when I'm listening to a variety of tracks and these fit the bill and then some.
They are pretty darn comfortable. Prop's to Sony for providing 4 different sized ear pieces so that you get the best fit. I really like how the band comfortably drapes around your neck and just doesn't get in the way. I don't how feasible they would be for heavy exercising, jogging or running but I imagine if you tuck them under a collar you might be ok.
Audio wise these things really are fantastic. They are a good alternative to bring with me out and about as an alternative to my QC35's. The bass response is incredible, they pack a lot of punch especially on bass heavy tracks. Something I've always been skeptical of with ear buds. I will say technology has come a very long ways in terms of ear buds being able to be viable over the ear replacements. Even though the Low End is really punchy, it doesn't detract a lot from the other ranges. These are pretty much aimed at those who enjoy a lot of low range in their music since that's where they are strongest. If you want something portable, and for around $100 or less with brand quality, I'd say very much look at this as they will fit the bill and then some.
I can't speak too much on the battery life only cause I haven't run them out yet. Charged them the day I got them and have used them on and off for about 3 or so weeks now off a single charge, so ymmv.
They don't come with a carrying case or anything sadly but they are easy enough to put away in a pocket or even just keep them hanging around your neck.
Overall, I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for bass heavy response headphones. Sony really nailed it with these.

The trimmer is very nice, has some heft to it so it feels quality and not cheap like some others I've owned.
The attachments are all easy to use and it's very straight forward on how to attach them. You either twist the top of the trimmer to remove the attachment or you slide the attachment over the trimming head.
The attachments all do their job well, however, I believe due to the size of the trimmer and the spacing of the guards, especially the beard trimming guard, I get a lot of missed areas and have to go over them multiple times. That would really be the only con I can think of for this trimmer. I had a smaller trimmer in the past that was cordless as well and it seemed to do the job better and I wouldn't have to go back over the same areas again and again.
One thing I would have liked to see was that the trimmer come with a stand for all the attachments, it only comes with a travel/storage bag.
Aside from the trimmer guards needing some revising to maybe not space out the guides as much this is a really nice trimmer that I'm sure I will get a lot of use from for years to come.

Only having a short time to be able to review it I have to be pretty brief.
The screen is brilliant, bright easy to read on. The phone is a perfectly sized for my largish hands as well.
The camera is also very stellar, takes great low light pictures, better than the LG G4 which also has a fantastic camera.
The speed and fluidity of the phone is fantastic. This thing is so fast you will feel slow using it lol. The Snapdragon 821 is no joke and the Adreno GPU make a fantastic pair to play games on. The Epic Games benchmark ran really well but the 3dMark test on OpenGL ES3.1 only averaged around 15fps. Definitely no Tegra GPU like in my Shield Tablet, but it should be plenty for most people who do some less demanding 3d gaming.
The network speed support is also very good. Wirelessly I was able to saturate my network speed of around 200Mbps. Verizon Speeds were also great and consistent as they are typically around 60-150Mbps in this area.
Only drawback I can really see is not having removal battery or a microsd slot. Other than that I can really find any con's on this.
Overall, it's a fantastic device and am sure it will please for for several years.

Decent 2-in-1 for a budget.

The tablet visually is nice, and it has nice aesthetic appeal to it.
The tablet has decent performance for what it is. You won't be doing a lot of multitasking on this mainly because of the limited RAM and CPU power. The PC can handle basic internet browsing and some light Office based work. Doing any gaming on this is ill advised, even if it's a FB type game. By the time you open a browser, you're already using all the allotted RAM available.
The PC overall is decent to take with you on the go. The keyboard could use some improvement as I've found myself having to press the space bar several times to get a space to take. The touch pad itself is decent, however I've noticed that the front left portion tends to stick, or stay recessed after being pressed, which could lead to is stop working in short period of time. It's possible this could have been a one off for this model for me.
One of the things I had gotten this for was for a potential replacement for my Android tablet, but to use an Android Emulator. The Emulator works, but due to the lower end specs of this table/2-in-1 it runs poorly.
If there's any one thing that I would like to see better implemented is more RAM considering how cheap RAM is currently.
Otherwise, this is a fairly decent 2-in-1 for the price for what it is.

This unit was very easy to assemble. Good length on power cord. I like the versatility of the units head and how close it comes to baseboards. It is easy to use and very powerful. I was amazed at the amount of pet hair etc that it vacuumed up with very little effort.
The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the wand to use under appliances. The opening at end of wand has a very small opening and I had to continually stop and unclog it. The other attachments were fine.
I will go as far as to recommend this unit to a friend who is ordering one.

Let me preface this, I have Keurig, spoiled by it honestly.
Sure pods are great, but what it costs for a pod versus buying a bag of coffee beans and grinding them and then brewing them. Let me say there is a world of difference here in terms of quality.
I've not yet had the chance to try everything that this machine can do, but as for the several cups I've made for myself so far, I can actually taste the coffee. Before I could just taste the diluted water with coffee flavor.
With brewing the coffee, it takes some time, not near as long as brewing a pot, maybe a minute or two for a travel mug, but it does take longer than a Keurig. I personally don't have an issue with this as good coffee is always worth the wait.
Just to be clear here, the Ninja and the Keurig meet totally different needs. The Ninja is meant to replace the need of going to a coffee house plain and simple. It has a built in frother, so can make that similar quality of drink. You can truly make coffee house style coffee, latte's, cappuccino's, iced drinks and also Cocktails. There's even a nice 50 page recipe book that comes with it and I intend on trying some of these, especially their Double Shot White Russian.
I can certainly say that the systems they use to filter the water through certainly can get you a near french press level of coffee strength.
If you want something simple and easy to use to replace your daily/weekly trip to your local coffee house, get this machine. It has truly been a delight to use.

I'm generally an advocate of Sennheiser products having owned a pair of PX 100 (First Generation over 10 years ago) and a pair of HD 595's which I still have and use, however these are now going to take their place.
The sound on these are incredible. I have listened to a variety of music genre's from Metal to Rap to Symphony based tracks. The resolution is just so good. I do think that some might be a bit turned off as they can be a bit heave on the low-end for the bass. I myself don't mind the deeper harder bass in these as it was something I always found lacking in my HD 595's. They are more for accurate sound reproduction of the entire sound stage. These do that but with some added oomph.
Now I never had the privilege of using the QC 15 or QC 25 headphones, I can already tell by a lot of review's that I read on those, these are not a step forward, they are a leap for mankind forward. If you owned either of those and have been hesitant to spend money on another pair, go for it.
These on the other hand bring a lot of clarity to some tracks I listened to even over the 595's. They are a tad bit brighter in the highs than my 595's as well.
They also manage the mids very well and music never sounded muddled at all.

As for the noise cancellation, I'm not even sure I can put it into words. You really need to hear the noise cancellation for yourself. These pretty much block out 90% of all sounds. One thing I tested against this is, I have a mechanical KB which is rather loud and very clicky, I get customers that comment on it all the time when talking to them on the phone. I could barely hear the key strokes, it was like my keyboards character was changed.
For functionality, these were incredibly easy to setup. Bose has an app available for iOS and Android, I use Android devices personally. I set up mine through bluetooth and the app and they were ready to go in seconds and I was off listening to music. I primarily used my tablet for my testing.
I was unable to test the Microphone as it appears the bluetooth on my phone is faulty.
I liked that they came with their own case which has a sleeve on the outside and on the inside to store maybe a couple CD's or even an ipod or mp3 player. There won't be a great deal of room on the inside but you could likely store an ipod in there. Inside the box it comes with a couple multi-lingual quick guides and some information on their app. Inside the Box and the Case you will find a short maybe 6" USB to Micro USB charging cable, and a 6ft Bose Proprietary cord for corded operation. I believe this is 2.5mm to 3.5mm and can only be acquired through Bose for replacement. Inside the case you will find the headphones which are collapsible and an Airplane adapter.
Lastly, these are quite comfortable. I never found them to be bother nor did they really weigh me down. The fit perfect on my melon head as well lol.
If you're in the market for a quality pair of headphones that have great sound, comfortable, wireless and have noise cancelling, these need to be on the top of your list.

Excellent Extender for Wireless AC Support

The setup on this was extremely straight forward and quick.
The User Interface which is quickly accessible through the device having it's own IP address was very straight forward and super easy to navigate. The device gives you two options of setup, One as a Wired Extender (it has a gigabit Ethernet Port on it) and a Wireless Extender.
I set it up as a Wireless Extender but am using it with an Ethernet connection as the PC that it has been setup for does not have WiFi capability.
The setup under both was very quick and getting it connected to the Router for extension manually through the UI setup was straight and simple. I didn't use the WPS setup though as sometimes doing so can overwrite your Security Key if you have already set that up in place. If you are needing an extender this would be perfect for you.

Does this have one or two memory slots? I see that you can upgrade to 16GB max and already has 1 8GB stick. Can I just add one more stick of 8GB? Would adding this simply affect my warranty if it is done without problem?
I have one of these and my only real issue was the storage size. 128GB is quite small. I was looking at wanting to upgrade it to a larger and faster drive but sadly to do so would require removing the entire base and this is not easily done and I'm fairly certain it would void the warranty. I'd recommend talking with a Geek Squad Tech in store and see what they say and if it's something they can do without voiding the warranty.

Is the factory installed 128GB hard drive a SATA or NVMe drive?
It is in fact just a standard M.2 SATA drive. I did a test on it and shows up as a Samsung. I was getting around 520 Read and 400 Write. I'd compare it to an 840/850 EVO drive. Since it is only 128GB. I would be careful with writing to much. I would estimate the endurance to be around 75TB written. Most won't ever come close to that, but it's always best to be careful.

Does this laptop have any internal drive slots to expand beyond the 128gb SSD? If not, is the SSD replaceable?
I did talk about this in my review that I just submitted. Sadly there is not expansion internally and replacing/upgrading the drive will require a great amount of time and effort from what I saw in the Maintenance manual HP has available on this line of Envy's. There's not panels to speak of and there's only screws holding the base in underneath the rubber feet that run across the bottom. I fathom that removing these and opening up the bottom will in fact void the warranty.
A couple alternatives, the Envy does have an SD Slot. You could look at purchasing an extremely fast SD Card (not microSD) and then just format it and keep it in the port. Another option would be to purchase an external SSD and simply connect it when needed. If you go this route, I'd recommend seeing if you can find one that uses USB-C as it will offer better performance.
The last option would be to inquire in store by talking with one of the Geek Squad techs and see if they are able to perform the upgrade as typically in this scenario it may not void the warranty. I'd call HP first though and see if you can speak with a Tech (In English) to clarify or find an alternative.

It cannot, it comes with a proprietary HP AC Adapter. It's design is similar to that of the MacBook's but it's all black.

Could I play World Of Warcraft on this laptop?
You certainly could. There's a few reviews out there that I have read through and a lot of them tested this particular Ryzen 5 with the Vega 8 and were able to play games such as GTA V on the lowest @ 1080p. Metro on Medium at 1080p was plenty playable and Tomb Raider was playable on the lowest settings @ 720p. It's certainly within the realm of possibility that WoW will be playable on this. You will likely need to make some concessions with image quality, but I honestly cannot see you running in to too many issues.

If you mean to connect an actual Microphone, then no you wouldn't be able. You are however able to use these to make and receive phone calls over Bluetooth as it does offer that capability. The Aux (Stereo Mini Jack) is only for input of Stereo/Mono Audio.

I own a Sony Gtk-xb90 and was wondering if the 40 could be paired to it, the xb90 is great and all but I'm not Gona be taking it out alot, the xb40 seems perfect for my uses
According to Sony's website, it appears the Wireless Party Chain feature is only available on the XB20/30/40 series. With the Sony Gtk-xb90 it is only compatible with other Sony Gtk-xb90 models.

The TV will only change to 2160 if the content is broadcast in 4k. To test this, if you have Amazon Prime or a Netflix UltraHD Account you can play some content in Ultra HD and you should see that it is outputting in 2160. I definitely noticed a difference between watching 1080 and UltraHD content in Amazon Prime.
Also if you're trying to watch UltraHD content from a streaming stick, but it does not expressly state it supports UltraHD "4k" then it's only going to be in HD. For example, trying to stream over a Roku and not a 4k capable Roku.

Does this support the same wiring configurations as the Nest 3rd gen? I live in an apartment and cannot run extra wiring for the HVAC system.
Hey Andyj, For this unit you may need to run additional wiring. If there is already a C-Wire (Common) in place you should be able to use this one. If not, then you would need to use the included C-Wire cable that can be configured to go from the G to C terminal at the Control Board.
From your picture though, it does look like you don't have the Common, so if it was working with the Nest, it might in fact work with your setup. Of course that does assume that the G-Wire you have there has been setup like I mentioned with the Cable like what is included with the Honeywell.

Tap on that and go through the process again. I had this happen with mine, except it was a goof on my part as I had someone else go through the process on my account not theirs. Once I did that it was fine and worked perfectly from there on.
