I have only used the meat grinder so far but it works well. Not too hard to clean. The only drawback so far is that there is a metal piece inside the meat grinder that you can't remove and the first time it was used the finish came off so it looks like it rusted or discolored. My daughter has this too and likes it as well. She has used it all and says it all works great.

Not bad for the price

Seems to work well but I have only used it for light things like pudding. The storage case is hard to use. It is hard to snap on to the bottom of the mixer. Also, you hope you never get anything on the cord that goes in the storage case. I like that the beaters are covered but water goes down in there and I wonder if they will get food stuck down in there too.

Disappointed with Bestbuy

Nowhere in the description did this say it was an open box or returned item. Did not come in a kitchen aid box or with warranty card or instructions and was not wrapped, just stuffed in box. mixer and attachments were scratched and obviously used, and the mixer is loud. I bought one for my daughter for Christmas and I'm glad the gift didn't come like this. 1 star for bestbuy, 5 stars for the new mixer my daughter got, not this one. The cover I bought doesn't fit this either. it is too short.
