I cannot fault this drive in any way yet. I purchased this for my 16 year-old daughter who is not especially computer literate. The drive does the good it was purchased for and allowed me to save a few dollars when purchasing her Toshiba Laptop. There really were not many other options available for burning Blue-rays. LG has my loyalty including this purchase.

The air vent mount works great and keeps the unsightly rings from occurring on our windshields. However, the Garmin location does block air conditioning flow from reaching the driver/passenger. However, my choice of mount is the Garmin stand and pad that sits on the dash.
The reason for not receving 5 stars is the best option available. This mount is a cheaper mounting solution for those not concerned with air movement from one vent.

I have 2 installed on my home network. The performance is great and the picture exceeds my Blue Ray quality. The TV part requires cable television connection but some apps such as PBS allow you to watch shows without a cable provided. I do not have cable - only internet @30mbps - and my network streams via internet connections in three rooms. My streaming on my Blue Rays freezes frequently while my two Apple TVs have never frozen during a month of operation.

The reason for only rating a 4 Star review is the shipping time exceeds normal mail. Silent keypad, solid locking deadbolts . Heavy duty case and difficult to access emergency key lock. Only thing that concerns me is the plastic keypad cover that activates the keypad when opened. A child could damage the cover easily causing the battery power to remain active. Far superior to another name brand safe that is half the size.

I am looking g at the Surface.
No, the Office 365 is a download software and should be included with your surface. I use Microsoft Office 365 on laptops, tablets, and Andriod without external drives.

Will mount work on a Mercedes Benz SL500 with horizontal vent fins?
Yes, the ball allows full rotation of the Garmin.

The firestick is not performing as the instructions said.
When I plugged in the firestick to an HDMI port, there was no prompt to connect to WIFI. When I scrolled through the TV input area to the HDMI port I connected the firestick to, no device was recognized. Please help or should I go to the geek squad?
My advice is to plug in a laptop or Blue Ray player into the HDMI port to make sure the problem is not the television. If you have a known working HDMI port then use that one temporarily. If no luck, then return the Firestick for a new one or try Chromecast.

Well, the device has a USB port so you can use that to charge and play lightning devices. I use the port for my Android phone.
