Had and iPad mini w/o retina and it did everything just fine. I was hesitant to purchase a larger iPad air 2 until it went on sale and when it did I purchased it. The performance is night and day. I ran the same apps but the iPad air 2 was quicker and smoother in every way and the screen is amazing. The whole great experience just got better on this iPad.

I have an IPOD Classic Model: MC 293LL Version 2.0.4 MAC Is this compatible? Do I need extra connectors?
Yes and no. Your iPod classic has a 30pin connection and the Bose sound dock has a lighting connector. So, it will not fit in the dock because it's not compatible. The yes is you can get a 3.5 to 3.5 cable and use the auxiliary in the back of the Bose to get your sound but, it will not charge or control your iPod. Hope that helps.

Wondered if it only charges Apple products....or if it would charge my Kindle Fire or my Samsung camera?
