This is a really nice battery pack for the switch and it fixes one of the biggest problems with the switch and that is the kickstand. only downside would be that it doesn't charge through usb type c

I love this speaker except for one annoying feature. When the battery gets low it automatically turns down the volume and you can't turn it back up without it turning it back down. I haven't for a way to turn that off yet either.

Is it necessary to have this item for my new tv?
If your TV is 4k you are going to want to get a new HDMI cable. There is something called HDCP that is built into every 4k TV and 4k output device. This signal is carried by the HDMI cord and is necessary for the TV to receive the 4K content. And the newer the cable the more likely it is to have the newer standard.
