I use the blender to make a healthy shake.

I have not had the nutri bowl long enough to have used the dough mixer but is one of the main reasons I purchased the unit. I do use it most mornings to make a shake. It cleans easily and the color, black and silver match other appliances I have. It has many functions that I look forward to using.
