I love these Contigo bottles but the last 2 models have had difficult suction. This one is better than the last one I bought but you have to exert a lot of suction power to get the liquid out of the bottle

I love the stainless steel bottles by Contigo. I prefer the ones with a straw inside but this works ok, you just have to tilt it when you drink but it keeps things cold a long time.

does it have a hoop for carrying/attach to backpack?
It has a carry handle but cannot attach to a backpack unless you use a carribeaner or something similar

Will this also work for keeping coffee hot and if so does anyone know how long it keeps it hot?
The manufacturer says this is only for cold liquids. The one I show for a recommendation can hold hot liquids and they work great

does it have a hoop for carrying/attach to backpack?
It does have a carry handle but it has no way to attach to something as there's no opening in the ring. The black plastic shown at the top of the bottle actually lifts up and can be used for carrying
