I bought this mixer for my mother for Christmas, and was very disappointed. First off, it's tiny! You also have to manually rotate the mixer in order for you to evenly blend whatever you're making. Lastly, it looks and feels like it's made of the most cheapest material they could find, whether you're detaching the attachments, or removing the bowl, you always feel as if you're about to break the mixer. Absolute waste of money. Just save and upgrade to a Kitchen Aid
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
