This item never worked for me

Verified Purchase:Yes

I followed instructions, let the machine heat up for 10 minutes and put exactly one scoop of floss in. The floss never melted and we waited for over 20 minutes. Sumped it out and tried again. Did not work again and sadly I returned it.
