good product/ bad delivery

i love my new refrigerator.
my delivery was bad. I purchased if from a virginia beach best buy, they had delivered my fridge and didn't install it properly. I contacted them multiple times because water had leaked everywhere.. i called corp. twice and I referred to the claims department, never heard back and i left multiple messages but no one called back. I went to the store i originally purchased from talked to the general manager he took down my info and i emailed him the pictures of the damages TWICE. no reply. I'm frustrated at the lack of responses from the corp office, claims department and the physical store manager/team.
