I'm not sure I understand your question. When I purchased my phone from Best Buy it was a iPhone SE (locked) that had Tracfone as the carrier. If you can purchase an unlocked phone you have to provide the simcard from the carrier you choose. This is the only limitation I know. If you are inquiring on other limitations of this phone there are numerous. Possibly Best Buy can help you as they did me answer your questions.

How many monitors will this card support?
I don't use multiple monitors but the documentation states the card can support up to three monitors DisplayPort, HDMI and DVI on the card. There seems to be problems with certain monitors when daisy-chaining using DisplayPort. Access Nvidia GTX forums to find more info on this topic. Also if you are a big gamer this card isn't a high end card and you will be disappointed with the performance with only 2 GB of memory.

so this uses the mother bored for power right u dont need a good powersuply for this?? am i right?
This uses the power from the motherboard and I'm using a 600watt power supply.
