Amazing sound & military grade toughness

I'm totally impressed with the the Boom Jacket 2...it is the perfect blend of toughness, sound quality and functionality. Also, it's ability to charge another device has come in handy on more than one occasion...although I'm a bit confused by the NFC related function called...I can't remember exactly what it's called... something like NFC Check In? I think it has something to do with expediting airport check in. Anyway, it's a fairly expensive device but well worth the money. Oh, there is a downloadable app that is full of nice features and hardware for mounting the speaker on a bicycle.

Since I really enjoyed playing the first Mirror's Edge on our PS3 I was super excited when they announced Catalyst. It took me awhile to get acclimated to the new gameplay but I'm starting to get the hang of it. Unfortunately I don't have alot of time to play so online tutorials come in quite handy. It isn't for everyone but it's just my speed.

Once I saw the special edition COD III PS4 bundle in the Sunday ad, I immediately returned the PS4 The Last Of Us bundle (kids' X-mas present) that I'd purchased 2 weeks before and upgraded. The big selling points for me were ...1. I have teenaged boys who love the game. 2. The small additional cost of upgrading to the COD III bundle was a great value...a 1TB HDD (up from 500GB), a physical copy of the game software, a bonus map DL and the console/controller customized in COD III orange and black. A great deal on an amazing piece of hardware.
