Still playing it from when it was released on PS3

Long story... long - bought this game for PS3 when it was released. PS3 took a dive after 6 long years of extensive gaming sessions. (Kudos Sony! Got my money's worth!) Decided to trade up the PS3 copy of GTA 5 for the PS4 copy after upgrading to PS4 late last year. (Ended up paying $25.66 for the game after trading old version.) Definitely worth the extra 25 bucks (in my opinion) to play this game again on next gen. Didn't think there would be a noticeable difference between PS3 and PS4 versions, but... there truly is a few differences I appreciated - foliage and rain within the game come to mind. I still play this on occasion - online, of course. It's a shame it takes so long for them to release new, GOOD content, but... I digress. Overall, absolutely worth the extra money to Rockstar - don't mind the additional $25 donation so they can continue to work toward a Red Dead 2 release... :)

Decent "filler" for when the good ones come out...

My PS3 bit the dust in January, 2015. I desperately wanted a PS4, but wasn't interested in the games that were out at the time. I originally saw reviews for Thief and almost purchased my PS4 based on my initial thoughts before the game came out, but didn't. (I ended up waiting until Destiny came out - that's a whole different review...) Thief is not a horrible game - in fact, it's awesome. As indicated in the Review Summary, it's the perfect "filler" for the in-between times when the triple A's are released. Truth be told, I'm incredibly glad I did NOT pay the full $60 for this one - picked it up on sale for $15 here a few months back, at Best Buy. For the $15, it's a great buy!

Will it accommodate an air conditioner?
I really don't think it's safe for that... A/Cs, scanners, laser printers, power washers, refrigerators, etc... Power strips just typically are not built to withstand the consumption of these items. If you have an A/C you need plugged in, may I suggest speaking to an electrician to have them install an additional outlet in your home - if you're in an apartment, you may still be able to convince them you need an additional wall outlet. They'd rather that, than burning the complex down. :) I would review the power needed for your A/C and compare to the output of this strip - I'm sure you'll find it insufficient for your needs.
