Bought this ultra book as an upgrade and replacement for my Microsoft Surface 2 tablet. Runs full Windows 8 which is a plus but the included HDD while spacious is slower than a SSD which I purchased separately and installed which was simple due to the simple internal layout. The only flaw is a weak Wi-Fi card but that can also easily be replaced.

I bought this case about 2 months ago and is not working anymore, what should i do?
Take it back to store. I did and they replaced mine even though the return date had expired.

can you use a protective glass screen with this?
You can but it has a built in plastic cover so an additional screen cover could hinder performance.
