This 4K Blu-Ray player is quite good. The picture quality is great when watching 4K Blu-Rays but also when using the Smart Functions on the Blu-Ray Player. The operating system on this device is very smooth and works great. One small complaint is that the web browser is almost un-usable because of how touchy the on screen cursor is. The big complaint that gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is only a very small selection of apps installed on this Blu-Ray player and you can only download a select few more. You get Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, Youtube, Google Play Movies, and the Web Browser. You can download a few more such as Vudu, Spotify, UFC, iHeartRadio,YuppTV, Pandora, and Fandago Now. This would be a perfect Blu-Ray Player if it had a better selection of apps. Still great for disks though.

I have several of these and they never fail to amaze me. They give you a very fast charge and are very reliable. Everyone was always telling me that wireless charging wasn't a big deal but putting your phone down at your desk every few minutes on a wireless charger vs without... you get almost double the battery power you would've had by just habitually putting your phone down where it will charge. Much better than having to plug in when you need more juice!

Google does not have as much product integration as amazon yet but their assistant is better than alexa at a lot of things. Things such as taking a conversation in context from something you previously asked it. When you know what commands to ask this can be a helpful product and if you have an Android TV or chromecast it can control you home theater setup. With that being said though, for the time being it is really just a novel item that doesn't really add that much functionality to your day to day life.

Absolutely PERFECT Picture Quality

First off, the picture quality, motion and everything about the panel and image processing is superior to everything on the market for an OLED panel.
With that being said, the OS is absolutely useless. This review is being written on 6/26/2017 and my TV has the most recent updates. The OS is extremely glitchy, slow, and unusable. If you plan on using smart functions on this TV a separate set-top box or 4K Blu-Ray player MUST be used for smart functions. To me, when spending $5,000 for a TV I do believe expecting the Smart functions and UI to be at LEAST as good as other smart functions on competitors TVs but when spending $5,000 you expect them to be exceptional. The main issue with the Android TV UI and OS is that any adjustment to volume when using the included remote it will slow down the entire system, degrade streaming quality, and in some instances interrupt your viewing experience all together... just to change the volume and put a volume bar on the screen. This, on a $5,000 TV is unacceptable. The other issues I've had with the OS and UI include slow navigation, apps crashing (both native and third party), unsupported file types, and the fact that there is NO web browser on a $5,000 TV. The issues with the apps crashing are usually with two apps (and this may or may not be sony's fault) Youtube and Netflix. There have been an uncountable amount of occurrences where these apps crash or don't start up at all. The youtube app will load the background with red and grey without any content and will never load content until the app is closed and re-opened and in some cases you need to go into settings and force stop the app. And in the Netflix app it will load to 25% on any title and hang there indefinitely.
In conclusion. PERFECT picture quality, motion, color and everything about the panel itself and image processing is PERFECT. but for $5,000 if you're going to include Smart Functions it better be JUST AS PERFECT AS THE PANEL ITSELF.
I will update my review to reflect any future software/firmware updates that solve any of the issues above.

This is easily one of the most satisfying purchases in my history of best buy purchases. I know it sounds crazy to say about a surge protector but this thing makes my life so easy. It works so well and the spacing on this surge protector for the outlets allows for bigger power adapters to be plugged in right next to smaller two prong cords. If you are thinking you don't need 12 outlets, get it anyway. You'll add stuff on in the future and then you'll need to get a new surge protector, just go with the 12 off the bat. When you get home with it you'll realize how many devices you actually want to plug in and you'll be more than happy you went with the 12. 5 stars.

I bought a bunch of these as christmas gifts for people around the office and a few for family members. At this price I also bought myself one and it works great. It takes 4 triple AAA batteries but it comes with them so no need to purchase extras right away. The batteries actually last a very long time without use as well. Would definitely recommend.
