The stand is great, straightforward to assemble , and some of the reviews stating they were surprised about it needing assembly didn't read the description. I purchased wood screws instead of the metal screws for the door hinges, not really sure why they were there to begin with. The stand is sturdy and attractive.

There was a problem with a part and I called Best Buy but that department was closed. I found the manufacturer's claim form and submitted online for a replacement part, but when the response came in it stated that some vendors choose to handle parts issues in house. I spent 2 hours talking to 6 people, getting disconnected once, and no one at Best Buy could tell me a simple answer to "Do I need to get the replacement part from you or the manufacturer?"
