i thought the laptop is cheap for all the specs and features that it has. I thought with 8 gb of ram it should be smooth but it turn out to be super slow, everything slow from start up/shut down, open app, web search, it very laggy and freeze up sometime. I try to to dell diagnostic but it takes forever to finish and timeout when it takes took long. So if you on budget you still need to stay away from this laptop
