Works ok, but a little minor problem.

This is a great combo. Have it on my wakeboarding boat for the students to take on the tube and on with them on the wakeboard. But first I took it to Six Flags. Small enough that I fit it in my pocket. The wrist cord is super safe and could never see it coming off, even when falling off a wakeboard going 20MPH. The only problem with this is the twisting mechanism to extend the poles get stuck from easy over-torquing, causing the top part to break loose once when I tried to loosen it. Returned and got a new one. Hasn't happened again, because I never over-torque when tightening the poles into their locked positions.

I actually already own a GoPro Hero 3 Black but went ahead and bought this for second angles. Enjoy it more than the 3Black and don't see huge noticeable differences while stitching everything together in post. Great lil camera for the price.
