I read some reviews dissatisfied with the phone volume as well as inability to get caller ID info. Either those phones were an older model or not set up correctly. Volume adjustment / level is fine... look is great.... and caller ID shows both name and number and allows you to add to contacts if you wish. Highly recommend. Great BBY on time delivery.

How do I charge my FITBIT?
It comes with a USB cord. It plugs into back of phone similar to how you charge a smartphone. Charge lasts 4 days.
