We bought this unit, together with the electric dryer, and could not be more happy with the purchase. We looked many brands (samsung, lg, electrolux, etc.) and functionalities today washers offer, and we wanted to have the steam option and environmentally friendly.
With the sale option available at the time, the Whirlpool was difficult to pass on. The different programming options makes doing laundry fun!

Dry clothes and linens easily with this gray Whirlpool electric dryer. The simple LED control panel features multiple temperature selections, dryness levels and laundry load size choices to handle most fabrics. The 7.4-cubic-foot drum's lighting and removable interior drying rack make this electric dryer an even more helpful home appliance.

The programmed options are awesome and easy to use and the color 'chrome shadow' looks amazing. The chime when function is complete is an added touch of 'fun' to do laundry!

does it work with gas?
No. The washer works on electric power. However, the dryer can be purchased as an electric or gas option.
