I bought 2 tech21 cases for iPhone 6 plus, one for my wife and another for my self. My wife dropped her phone getting our of her car from about 3 feet from ground, the phone fell on it's side and the tech21 case failed to protect the phone, screen cracked. My case was clear and within weeks it turned yellow, and looks horendous. It has been very difficult getting in contact with tech21 on line and impossible via telephone. I was eventually able to send them an email with phone, and finally got a responce from them asking for proof of purchase.
