Camera keeps failing to launch

It's been three weeks since I bought it for my wife. She has started complaining about Camera not launching when she needs to take pictures. She has to shut down the phone and re-start in order to make the Camera work until it fails again to launch. I will most likely be calling customer service to return this unit and buy something with a proven record from it's users.

Will this phone work on updated ULTRA network with LTE band 12 and VoLTE and GSM 1900?

It worked fine on ULTRA's updated LTE frequencies. But the camera started to fail to launch after third week.
