I ordered a wiring kit for an after market stereo after talking to one of the customer service reps at the St.Joseph n belt highway location. She was nice enough and gave me a item number for the plug I needed. After recieving the harness I realized it didn't come with the manufator plug in like I was told! To top the cake it's the wrong harness now I will have to purchase a second one due to connecting the wiring connectors the store said they would not return it or exchange! I'm not very happy with the way the the lack professionalism after all the customer is always right!
What's not so great: Customer service at store on n belt highway gave me the wrong part #.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
