Easy to use. Put the plate on the back inside of your case and that's it. Holds great and easy to remove. This will not work if you are not using an external case on the phone. Then you need to use the other version which is also great.

I wear my Fitbit every day. I check the stats during my daily workout. I find that what is displayed is not the same as my heart strap monitor. The app is OK. however when I check my MindBody app (which I downloaded from the web), grabs information from my fitbit,. There, the data is correct. I'm a little confused about that, but that is why I didn't return it. Resting heart rate is correct in both places.

I was in store to purchase a charge hr with gift cards from Xmas and tried on a large and it was to small why do you not sell x-large
