Product is great, geek squad service was horrible

Maybe find a different installer for this product, or just install yourself as they really have made it pretty plug and play, because Best Buy was very difficult to work with. The geek squad representative who scoped the project was impossible to reach and turned out to be misleading (to be polite). The assistant store manager has tried to help but project is still not complete with no end in sight.
