Love the camera. The video quality is excellent. This is my first Go Pro camera and I have found it fairly easy to use along with the app. I bought the dog harness too and I am not able to get good views with it. Would not recommend it. Great camera for the adventurist for sure! Just be careful with some of the attachments. Some might be a waste of money.

It was disappointing that Best Buy made multiple mistakes regarding my appointment. It took two weeks for the Geek Squad agent to finally get to my house for the install. I took off work the first day and they never showed up because they went to the wrong house. Best Buy admitted it was their fault as they did not input my information correctly in the system. However, it was disappointing that there was no discount on the product. Very poor customer service, especially for a customer who has been a loyal Best Buy shopper. This will change in the future.
