So far so good

I have owned it for about 2 months. I've had to used it 2 times already due to some short power outages. Have not being able to test how long the battery last, but it lasted the 30 minutes i was without electricity having my wireless modem and apple time capsule connected to it. Only down side is that it only has 4 of the total 8 outlets for the back up power. Which should be enough for most people. I'm happy to know that even if the power is out I can still have access to the internet(if its still working in my area) and my local connections to my apple time capsule.

Started to pill of within 1 week

I have used Zagg screen protectors in the past, so was happy to get it for my new iPhone 6. I installed it myself, came out good, but then after having it on my phone for 1 week( iPhone had no case) the screen protector started to pill off. It was on the top part next to the camera. I called customer services and instead of getting the HDX I decided to pay the $10 upgrade to get the glass version. The representative waived the shipping $4 fee, which made me happy. Still waiting on the new screen protector, hopefully it lasts longer then this HDX. Will still recommend it due to the great customer service.

Almost good enough

Was really impress with the specks and the looks of this laptop. When we were using it the performance was great, however it kep dropping our wifi and after verifying that it was not our router we had to take it back. Might have being just this one, not sure.

Does what it's supposed to do

I'm new to Macs, but within 30 and some YouTube videos on how to use them was feeling comfortable. It has enough power to get me through the day. It has frozen on me a few times but I think it was because I updated it to Yosemite during the beta period. Really happy with Bestbuy and their prices.

Does this come with a keyboard?
Yes, it has a really good keyboard and track pad. The keyboard area is cover with a nice fabric(I think it's called Alcantera) which feels good on the hands.
