Horrible quality control

Let me preface this by saying the laptop was great, when it worked.
I am 0-for-2 with this laptop. The first one had a large amount of dead pixels. The second one stopped detecting tablet mode/laptop mode and screen rotation once the machine had been on for roughly 30 minutes. It only worked after a cold boot, such as first booting it up in the morning.
I am extremely disappointed. I was very excited to get this laptop, and now I'm back to square one.
