I held off on purchasing a non-Sony remote in the hopes that Sony would finally release an official one, but after more than 3 1/2 years I gave in. So far I am pretty pleased with this remote. It is not as thick as the official Sony PS3 remote, but it works well. I use the remote mainly for navigating Netflix and PS Vue and for passthrough of tv audio. A good alternative to using the PS4 controller.

This case was picked up when I bought my 8+ and it does a great job. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the case makes it difficult to push any of the buttons on the sides. Firm presses on the side buttons are the only way to raise or lower the volume, use Bixby, or turn the screen off. Other than that, it's a really good case.

I have the launch PS4 and decided to pick this one up since it has a 1TB hard drive and I wanted another PS4 for a different room.
It is definitely smaller in physical size than the launch version and it does not have the LED light down the front. Other than that, it works just as well and has the same interface as the original, but with more space for your applications.

The photo given is of Ps4 slim. And the model number reflect the same in another site. But below says it is the older Ps4. Can someone please confirm this and give a detailed reply.
It is a slimmwr PS4 and weighs less than the launch version. The status light along the top of the launch PS4 is missing in this newer model.
