Maybe I was expecting too much...or maybe the mini-boom was put to rest too early (couldn't the roll and mini co-exist in harmony Logitech)...the first disappointment came with the limited EQ settings, bass and regular, some of us still listen to classical music. The second came with the lack of volume. This was most noticeable when paired with a two year old boom that blasted it out of the water.
I do like the shape, form, factor, but not sure overall what to make of this thing.

What is the battery life on this machine?
Realistic, with the screen at a brightness I could actually see and the keypad lit up 24/7 (a cool feature given not enough PC makers seem to realize this is a vital part of using a computer after dinnertime), I would say I averaged about five hours, running iTunes while browsing the web, etc.

it does and when it works it is very cool. But the technology is not quite there yet. For example, if I used the webcam to take my picture as the password during the daytime then tried to log on at night, or vice versa, the "Hello" feature seemed to struggle with using my face in the vastly different night vs. day settings and I would have to go back to using my PIN and recalibrate the feature.

Will this work with a macbook pro and if i am using 500gb will i have a lot of space?
YES!! I have one in mine and it is as fast as the newer retina models now...a great buy.
