I bought this expecting it to be a a good refurbished phone. I bought it three days ago and it's already randomly turning the volume up and down and switching the screen from vertical to horizontal even though I have it locked so it's not supposed to switch screens. If it keeps doing this I will return within a few days.. I bought a refurbished phone off amazon with no problems ever. Kinda disappointed with Best Buy.
