I usually don't buy purchase protection warranties, but I have purchased it for some Apple products and it has paid for itself and then some. I won't go into long detail, but I had a computer that I purchased it with. Later, after the 3 years of coverage, I had a major issue. Apple swapped the computer out with a brand new, current model. This was above and beyond what I expected. Well done by Apple.

My wife also had one on her phone and never had a problem either, despite numerous drops over the 2 years she had it and the two-three years I have used one.
