First time wireless user can do the setup!

We have never had wireless in our home before. Although I am an old woman (61) I set this router up and had it running within an hour with absolutely no help from anyone. It has worked perfectly in the 6 weeks that we have had it. The purchase price was very agreeable. I am very happy with my purchase.

Case would not fit tablet

I quess the case was nice enough but my tablet would not go into it. The case is Insignia and states that it fits my size Insignia tablet. The Best Buy associate recommended the case. Insignia is Bust Buy private brand. Surely I can not be the first person to ever purchase this tablet/case combo. I just wonder why they would still advertise that the case fits my tablet.

Very impressed with how easy it is to use

I've never had a tablet before. This was so easy to use from the very beginning. The picture quality is great. I am very pleased with my purchase. I have had it now for about 6 weeks. The only problem I had was with the battery/power. One month after purchase the thing just died and would take no charge. I took it to the Geek Squad and they fixed it in less than an hour. My only other grip is that they sold me a Insignia tablet case, made for this size Insignia tablet and it would not fit. Surely I am not the first person to buy this tablet/case combo. Wondered why they would still advertise that the case fits my tablet.
