Very easy to set up and pretty decent sound quality. This doesn't connect to Apple's new connector, so we used an old ipod with an older iOS. Because of that, we cannot download the app, since the app is only designed for the recent versions of the iOS.

Overall, a good tripod for taking family pictures and video. Only downside is that it doesn't come with a bag like other tripods, so had to find another way to keep it from getting damaged when taking it on trips.
