I bought these for my husband to use while walking the dogs. He loves that he can talk to me hands free without the whole world hearing our conversation. The volume is easy to adjust and it can pair with more than one device. He also uses it to listen to music while he hikes with the dogs. There is a place just in the front of our house where it sometimes drops calls, however. It seems like it might be a dead spot with the bluetooth because it doesn't happen anywhere else. (Why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5). We love it and definitely recommend it. You simply can't beat the quality for the price!

how do i reset the bluetooth?
I received another phone and was told that the reason my Bluetooth isn't working anymore is because it was paired to my old device and needs to be reset in order to pair with the newer device. This Bluetooth was just purchased last week so I know its not broken already!!!!!!!!!!
Try pairing it again.Turn your headset on and go to your bluetooth settings on your phone. It should find the headset and pair for you to use. Be sure to select the name that is on the instruction sheet for pairing.

Will it still fit in the docking station?
Does the Surface Pro 3 still fit well in the docking station with this glass cover applied? Does the glass loosen or move over time, using the docking station?
Yes, it fits perfectly into the docking station still. This cover is extremely thin and you wont notice it protruding out in any way. It is a great design.

How to register InvisibleShield Glass Microsoft Surface Pro 3 for lifetime guarantee?
I recently purchased the Glass Screen Protector that states its lifetime guarantee. If damaged it is supposed to be registered and done online, but when I go online to register I just see the InvisibleShield Original which is not the glass (they say the glass is unavailable). If the glass shield was damaged do I just register under that or do I actually need to go to best buy to do a replacement? My screen is not damaged currently I am just wondering in case something does happen.
I also tried to do it online but ended up having to call. The customer service at Zagg was superior.

Are measurements listed in specs correct for SP3 screen size?
The measurements listed in the item specs for this screen cover don't seem to match the SP3s screen size. Does this cover fit over the entire SP3 screen?
Mine fits perfectly with my Surface Pro 3 and lines up with the camera. It covers the entire screen and looks seamless.

Microsoft Office
I have Microsoft Office 2007 on my desktop. Outdated but adequate for my uses. Can this be installed and run on Surface? I read elsewhere that anything that runs on a desktop will run on a Surface, but then I read that older versions of Office are not compatible. Conflicting information.
If not, does the subscription based Office that comes with Surface include Outlook?
