This mount dose a good job at holding the projector. I installed it in a basement theater with a drop ceiling. When I installed it I used it with it all the way collapsed or in the shortest position. I would say this mount would be ok if it is not in reach of kids or clumsy adults other wise I would buy a little stouter one.

I bought this projector for a dedicated home theater. I am using it in a complete light controlled room. We mainly use it for dvd and blue ray movies. Projecting a 100" screen. I thought that it was alot of money for a projector never owning one before but it is really great. If i was to do it again I would decently buy another one.

Does the Epson 5030ub come with a full factory warranty or is it the warranty from Best Buy?
Epson has a full 2 year warranty through the company itself when you buy a new 5030ub. You can add a best buy warranty if you want to that also will cover the bulb.
